Published on 23 Nov 2000 | Took place at All Season Premier Menzies, Sydney, NSW
The new Non-Fixed Trust Rules propose to tax non-fixed trusts from 1 July 2001. The new regime goes far beyond the recommendations set out in the Ralph Report. Many fixed trusts will also be caught. There is limited rollover relief for restructuring. This seminar helps plan and identify critical actions for your clients.
