The announcement by The Treasurer Peter Costello on Tuesday 21 September of the Federal Government's legislative platform and timetable for Business Tax Reform sets out significant tax measures that will impact on all business structures, superannuation funds, business investment and individual taxpayers. The impacts of this reform will present both challenges and opportunities for all taxpayers and their advisors. This seminar will provide an overview explanation and analysis of the implications of the key measures, particularly timing issues for the introduction of Stage I of the Reforms, and also the Stage II measures yet to be announced. It will also provide an invaluable summary of the key reccomendations.
