2012 Trust Resolution

There have been a number of recent developments which mean that 2012 trust distribution decisions and resolutions will require close attention.Trustees and their advisors will need to pay particular attention to the terms of the trust deed and the wording of resolutions…. and before 30 June, which is not going to be easy.

This event worked through the issues with practical examples of trustee decisions and resolutions.
