For professional advisors, the decision of Gzell J in the New South Wales Supreme Court in Fiduciary Ltd & Ors v Morningstar Research Pty Ltd & Ors [2004] NSWSC 381 may well be of greater interest in the course of administering their own practices than in the resolution of client issues.
