This event is well known as the key tax educational event for practitioners working with clients in the property industry. This event brought together leading tax professionals to discuss topical tax issues facing this market. There was a particular focus on difficult practical issues including structuring, GST and the distinction between revenue and capital for income and deduction purposes.
The highlight of this event was the interactive panel session, intended to draw out some of the issues raised in the preceding sessions and promote discussion on the problems that advisers to the property market face.
