In our society, which is fostering an ever-increasing acceptance and integration of the people with disabilities, many practitioners have clients with one or more disabilities and are being asked more commonly to advise parents, families, carers, employers and other stakeholders about disability issues. However, unless you are directly impacted, it can be difficult to know the ins and outs of the changing arena of the disability sector.
