Chris Morris is a Partner in the International Tax Services and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris’s principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, financial instruments (including hybrid financing), corporate restructures and re-financing. Chris has advised corporate and financial buyers, providing both tax structuring and tax due diligence advice.
