2010 National GST Intensive Conference - The changing environment
Published on 09 Sep 2010 | Took place at Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney, National
The Taxation Institute’s National GST Intensive is the pre-eminent annual conference for GST specialists.
This event reflected on the lessons of the first decade of GST and provided insights into what the next decade may hold. This event also provided pragmatic comment and examination of GST cases involving the Commissioner, disputes around GST not involving the Commissioner, and provided comment from the ATO about what’s coming up in terms of their litigation program.
The 2010 National GST Intensive continued with the popular mix of plenary sessions and breakouts which covered the areas of property, the continually complex area of financial supplies, and the lifecycle of the ATO relationship in an audit setting.
