Mardi is a Director in KPMG Sydney’s Equity Based Compensation practice. She has more than 9 years experience advising companies on the tax treatment of employee share schemes. Mardi has experience in advising private companies on long term incentive arrangements and has particular experience in advising multinational corporations on equity based compensation plans and the cross-border tax implications for expatriate participants.
