Damian is Manager - Tax & Legal Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a commerce/law degree and graduated from the University of Queensland after undertaking overseas study in law. Damian has advised on GST implications in many areas including commercial agreements, major projects and property transactions. He is a recognised speaker in tax by the Queensland Law Society and has been involved with the Property Council in dealing with several major property issues. He has been published in CCH Tax Week and the Property Council Magazine.

Michelle Bennett, CTA, is an Indirect Tax and Law partner at BDO. Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in both legal and accounting firms, developing extensive expertise in relation to the application of state taxes and GST across all commercial transactions.
