Jonathan Harrex
Jonathan has been Tax Director at Citigroup since 2009 and is responsible for all Australian and New Zealand tax matters. Previously he was at KPMG, and then Australian tax head at JP Morgan Chase & Co. he has significant practical experience considering the taxation, potential anti-avoidance, and franchise risk aspects of transactions including retail financial products, investment banking M&A transactions, and structured finance transactions.
