Martin Van Der Walt
Martin is a Barrister with chambers in Brisbane since 1997. Before that he was a Judge's Associate to two different Judges. Before that he did his articles at Minter Ellison. With a background in crime and other litigation, Martin has been focussing on his tax practice for the past decade. He has a Master of Taxation (UNSW) and a Master of Laws (Hons) (QUT), and has appeared in the AAT, the Federal Court and the High Court on tax matters. He has acted for both taxpayers and the Commissioner. - Current at 24 November 2014
