Bernard is a Special Counsel with Cutler Hughes & Harris. He is an experienced property lawyer specialising in health and aged care developments. He acts for private and public listed property developers, property trusts, managed investment schemes and mezzanine lenders as well as existing aged care providers. Formerly the legal counsel of one of Australia’s largest aged care operators, Bernard has specialist experience in retirement village and nursing home matters including licenses, resident agreements, acquisitions and sales. - Current at 18 September 2007
