Sevan is a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills with over 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Sevan’s areas of expertise include public and private M&A, corporate structuring, incorporated joint ventures, equity fundraising and general corporate and head office advisory work, including Foreign Investment Review Board approvals. Sevan has also spent time on secondment at a leading international resources company. Sevan was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2009. Sevan has a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (finance major) degree from Murdoch University. - Current at 09 January 2020
