Mercia recently joined the Commercial Department of Bennett & Philp where she specialises in succession planning and superannuation advice. Mercia has a Masters of Taxation from the University of New South Wales and many years' experience as a wills, estates and tax lawyer having previously worked as a tax litigator with the South African Revenue Service and as tax consultant at PwC. Prior to joining Bennett & Philp Mercia gained experience in issues facing small to medium sized tax advisors, both as a sole practitioner and a senior associate at a mid-tier firm. - Current at 07 April 2015
