This presentation outlines the steps required in instructing solicitors to effect a restructure and reviews the relevance of various documents that create the restructure. Issues addressed include:

William Khong
William is a solicitor in the commercial group, working within the business transactions section of Hall & Wilcox, Lawyers. William is building his experience and practice, specialising in the legal aspects of corporate restructuring and commercial transactions. He generally provides advice to accountants and small and medium sized enterprises. In January 2000, William commenced his articles with a suburban law firm where he gained experience in various aspects of the law, including conveyancing, sale of small businesses, wills and commercial litigation.
