Andrew Yeo
Andrew is the Partner in Charge of the Business Recovery and Insolvency division of Pitcher Partners Melbourne. Andrew is a Registered Liquidator of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. Throughout his career, Andrew has acquired specialised knowledge in debt negotiations and workouts, asset protection strategies, and corporate and personal insolvency. Andrew works extensively with the ATO in debt negotiations on behalf of debtors and also for the ATO in investigating and recovering from recalcitrant tax payers. Accordingly, Andrew has extensive knowledge of the ATO’s debt collection regime. - Current at 01 June 2020
