Nidal provides advice and training to organisations, businesses, and professionals in the areas of financial services regulations, ethics, corporate governance, and culture. Nidal is also a lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School and the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in the areas of wealth management, ethics, leadership and estate planning. He is also a Certified Ethics Trainer with the CFA institute. Nidal regularly work with and advise regulators, financial and education institutions and accounting firms. Nidal holds a Master of Commerce in finance and business law; he is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow CPA Financial Planning Specialist, a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Tax Adviser, and a member and a certified ethics trainer of the CFA Institute.
