Matt is a Partner in KPMG's Corporate Tax Division and has 20 years' experience in advising on funding, structuring and operating property and infrastructure transactions. Matt Ervin is a Deal Advisory Tax Partner with KPMG Australia and a trusted M&A Tax advisor on some of the most significant transactions in the Australian market.
