The market place and business valuations presentation
Published on 30 Nov 07 by SOUTH AUSTRALIAN DIVISION, THE TAX INSTITUTE
Everybody has a view (which is generally different from everybody else!). Valuation is both an art and a science, however, it remains incredibly subjective. Specifically this presentation looks at:
- what’s actually happening in the market place
- different methods of valuation
- a focus on the most common sense valuation method using risk and rates of return
- some examples.
