Alison Wallace
Alison Wallace, FTI, KPMG, has 10 years' experience providing legal advice, specialising in providing tax advice, predominantly in the area of Australian stamp duties. Further adding to her technical expertise, Alison has completed a Masters of Taxation and is a member of the WA Law Society. Alison provides stamp duty and due diligence advice on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and infrastructure acquisitions and has significant experience reviewing and drafting contracts. Alison provides support to clients in making applications and submissions to state revenue authorities and is experienced in handling objections to decisions of various revenue offices and in handling court cases for taxpayers. - Current at 31 July 2014
