Tax Schemes: 'Unscrupulous' promoters stand warned

Overseas experience in the US, Canada and New Zealand suggests that the introduction of a tax scheme promoter penalty regime should provide additional protection to potential investors in these schemes. We await with much interest to determine whether the Government has a wider agenda.
