Kathryn Utting
Kathryn is a Director within PwC’s Perth practice with over 21 years corporate tax experience. Kathryn started in the PwC Perth practice where she spent three years providing tax services to energy and mining companies. Kathryn then moved to PwC Sydney where she spent the next seven years specialising in the provision of taxation advice on cross border mergers and acquisitions, restructures, IPO’s, fund raisings and de-listings to national and multinational groups. Her key clients during this time were private equity houses and fund managers. Kathryn returned to Perth in 2011 to focus on providing tax services to oil and gas and mining companies, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Kathryn currently advises a large range of private and listed national and multinational clients to whom she provides ongoing compliance and consulting services, as well as guiding clients through ATO Top 100 reviews, streamlined/combined assurance reviews, audits and settlement negotiations. Kathryn has also spent time on secondment with PwC London and PwC Luxembourg working on global restructures for various clients. - Current at 31 March 2023
