Photo of author, Deborah HASTINGS Debbie leads the ATO’s approach to dispute management and dispute resolution (including ADR) as well as litigation services and legal risk for the ATO. She is also responsible for independent review of large business audits, as well as managing large market objections. Debbie is a graduate of University of Sydney with a Bachelor in Economics and Bachelor of Law. She has led strategic litigation matters in the AAT, Federal Court and High Court and has also been a member of the General Anti-Avoidance Panel and Public Rulings Panel. - Current at 02 June 2015
