Michael Klatt
Michael heads our private client group. The group provides advice on wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, business structuring, trusts, asset protection, residential conveyancing, family disputes, retirement home agreements and other general advice. Michael was in general practice for 10 years before joining the firm in 1999. This experience enables him to provide advice to his clients on a broad range of personal and small business legal issues. Michael is also an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and provides advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning and litigation. The Supreme Court of Queensland regularly appoints Michael as administrator of Estates. Michael is a regular speaker on Estate Planning and Succession Law topics. - Current at 01 June 2015
