Ben Wood
Ben of McCullough Robertson has a broad range of experience in assisting clients with issues relating to corporations and securities law, with a particular focus on public and private capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, restructures and capital governance. This includes working with companies across the capital raising life cycle from start-up to listing, as an active supporter of the start-up community. This has naturally included a keen interest and focus on developments in crowdfunding (including equity-based crowdfunding).
