Brendan Larsen
Brendan joined KPMG’s M&A practice in 2002 and was admitted to the partnership in 2013. Brendan specialises in providing lead advisory services to privately owned companies and listed clients. Brendan has significant experience in originating and executing the full range of merger and acquisition transactions, including divestments, acquisitions, mergers and capital raisings, on both a domestic and cross-border basis. Brendan also has expertise across a number of sectors including education, health care, technology, consumer markets, industrial markets and natural resources, and has concluded numerous transactions with private equity firms.
