Peter Bosco
Peter is the principal of Bosco Law, a firm that specialises in commercial, tax and property law. Peter has advised many rural clients on the commercial and tax aspects of restructuring a primary production business, particularly amongst intergenerational transfers between family members. This includes capital gains, GST and stamp duty. More generally, Peter is well versed in all aspects of federal and state taxes. In addition to advisory work, Peter is experienced in preparing tax objections and has acted in taxation appeals to tribunals and courts. In 2016 he completed a Masters of Tax from UNSW. Peter also assists clients with their commercial law requirements, managing and facilitating a wide range of commercial transactions. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Tax Institute, as well as a board member of Inclusive Directions Incorporated, a not-forprofit organisation that provides support services for autistic and disabled children. - Current at 20 July 2018
