Ellen Thomas ATI
Ellen is a tax lawyer based in Sydney. She focuses on the tax aspects of M&A and finance transactions, as well as tax audits and dispute resolution. She advises on a range of domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate restructures, post-acquisition integrations, international tax planning, distressed debt transactions, infrastructure investments and financial arrangements. Adam Vassilieff
Adam is a Partner at PwC. He provides income tax advice to large public and private groups with a particular focus on tax consolidation and capital management issues. He has experience advising on financing, international and domestic structuring transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, due diligence and modelling and has worked on a number of projects assisting large corporate groups manage the post deal implementation of corporate reorganisations. - Current at 27 August 2021
