Reece Walker
Reece is a Partner in the Corporate Advisory Group. Using his extensive knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, Reece advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructures joint ventures and public and private capital raisings. He has taken a number of clients through and beyond the IPO process, continuing to advise them on subsequent placements, rights issues and major acquisitions. Reece’s background includes five years in Sydney, working with one of the world’s largest professional services firms. In that role, he was involved in a number of substantial cross-border transactions, including coordinating Asia-Pacific restructures of a number of global industry leaders - Current at 26 May 2008
