Brett Greig
Brett is the National Tax Leader for Deloitte’s Energy & Resources tax practice. Brett specialises in Australian taxation issues on cross-border energy and infrastructure deals, and has significant experience with international structuring opportunities for various companies investing in and out of Australia. This has included dealing with the tax issues around financing structures, project acquisitions/disposal and IPOs. Brett assists a number of his clients, which are primarily large corporates, to manage their tax compliance function. He has also been involved in coordinating and managing complex tax due diligence projects and advising on proposed acquisitions of major Australian energy and infrastructure assets by multinational companies. Brett has also assisted with profit repatriation planning for multinational energy and infrastructure companies from an income tax perspective. - Current at 07 October 2014
