Lorenzo Pacitti
Lorenzo is a Partner at Ashurst and practises in the energy, resources, real estate and infrastructure group of the Perth office. Lorenzo has extensive experience and specialises in negotiating and drafting iron ore project agreements, such as joint venture agreements, State Agreements, marketing agreements and infrastructure use agreements, such as port usage agreements. Lorenzo also advises on LNG project and gas marketing documentation, energy sales and transportation agreements and has acted on a broad range of corporate matters including share and asset acquisitions and disposals. Lorenzo has particular expertise in regulatory issues affecting major resource projects, and assists clients on a regular basis to obtain the approvals they need to develop their project. - Current at 07 October 2014
