- resetting asset tax values

- tax sharing agreements
- accounting, reporting and systems.

Paul NEGUS
Paul is a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has specialised in Corporate Tax for more than 12 years. During his career, he has advised clients in a range of industries including property development, manufacturing, retailing and technology. Paul has experience advising on a range of Australian and international corporate tax issues as well as mergers, acquisitions and disposals. In addition, he provides ongoing consulting and advice on compliance issues. He is currently assisting clients to plan for, and implement, the tax consolidation regime.Current at 23 July 2004
