Phil is the lead partner for the KPMG indirect tax practice in Perth, with over 15 years experience with KPMG and the Australian Taxation Office. He has experience in many indirect taxes including GST, payroll tax and research and development. Todd Jones
Todd is a senior manager with KPMG, specialising in indirect taxes, and has worked with major accounting and legal firms for six years, predominantly in relation to GST, stamp duty and payroll tax. Todd has been involved in advising clients, including government and national clients, in relation to significant GST and property issues such as the transitional provisions and the process of implementing GST systems for large rent rolls (both for lessor and lessee), applying the going concern exemption and the margin scheme concession to significant property transactions and has also worked with clients in applying the new residential premises rules to major urban redevelopment projects in Western Australia. - Current at 10 August 2004
