David is a Technical Education Officer in the Technical and Advisory Services Business Unit of the Office of State Revenue (OSR). David has specialised in duties at OSR for over 15 years. David is part of the Technical Education Team and is responsible for developing and delivering internal technical training for staff, as well as seminars and webinars for OSR clients, on duties, grants and first home benefits. He is also a guest lecturer at universities and the College of Law. - Current at 01 February 2016
