Tim Dangerfield
Tim of McCullough Robertson advises on all aspects of property development, sales and acquisitions, local and state government projects, and social and affordable housing. Tim has worked in private practice on large transactions and developments, as well as in-house for the Queensland Government on some of the state’s most significant development projects. Tim is particularly interested in housing and residential development, including development for affordable or special needs housing. His experience in both affordable and community housing development and larger scale residential and commercial properties provides him with broad skills to handle unique or complex acquisition, contractual and titling arrangements.
