Sushma Narayanan
Sushma is a Director in Deloitte's Tax team, specialising in tax structuring of cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring and refinancing. Sushma has significant Australian and International Tax experience assisting inbound groups with their Australian investments, particularly in the Infrastructure, Energy, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Technology sectors.
