She has worked extensively on both buy and sell side transactions and has particular expertise in advising on tax effective structuring. Kaajri works across a range of industries and has advised on a number of large transactions, international expansions (with a particular focus on the US, UK and parts of Asia) and complex divestments. Vanessa Elias
Vanessa is a Senior Manager in the PwC Private Tax team. Vanessa has over 10 years experience working with a diverse client base ranging from major corporates and multinationals to high net worth individuals and small businesses. Vanessa has dealt with numerous tax disputes and the Australian Taxation Office, on matters ranging from early engagements to audits. Vanessa has extensive experience in transactional tax. Vanessa is able to oversee a start to end deals process, aiding with all steps from tax structuring to due diligence. Vanessa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
