Author profiles
David Beves
David is a Tax Director at EY and is responsible for the transformation of EY’s Financial Services tax compliance business across Oceania. In a career that has spanned Sydney, London and India, David uses his tax technical background and operations experience to deliver change to tax functions using technology, process improvement and risk management. Prior to re-joining EY in November 2014, David was involved with a major tax compliance technology implementation. David has also spent time in Bangalore, India as Operations Manager for EY’s Global Talent Hub, where he led a tax compliance team of 120 people. - Current at 24 September 2015Evelyn Horton
Evelyn is a Company Director and Superannuation Trustee. In an executive career spanning 30 years, Evelyn has been an economic policy adviser at the Commonwealth Treasury in Canberra; an investment banker with BT, Deutsche Bank and CIBC; and in a variety of senior risk roles at Macquarie Bank. Evelyn is currently on the boards of the NAB group-managed superannuation funds, Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation and Mission Australia. - Current at 24 September 2015
