Norah SEDDON
Norah is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ International Tax and Transaction Services team and is based in Sydney. She has over 14 years’ experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Norah specialises in cross-border taxation planning and structuring and in both international and domestic mergers and acquisitions. Her clients include Australian multinational groups with foreign investments, foreign multinational groups with both Australian strategic and private equity investments and Australian trusts and other investors with foreign investments.Current at 12 December 2006
Justin Smith
is a Director with PwC and has over nine years experience within the International Assignment Solutions (IAS) division specialising in fringe benefits tax (FBT), employee share schemes and other related employment taxes. Justin has been heavily involved in providing advice in relation to the tax impact of major changes to Australian tax legislation which saw an overhaul of the employee share scheme rules in 2009, the limitation of a foreign employment exemption and more recently the reforms to the living-away-from-home tax concessions.
